ПРОБЛЕМНИЙ АРЕАЛ БІОПОЛІТИКИ В УМОВАХ СУЧАСНОСТІ – ВІД ПЛАНЕТАРНОЇ ЕКОЛОГІЧНОЇ КРИЗИ ДО МІКРОБІОПОЛІТИКИ

Abstract

У статті викладено окремі ракурси досліджень у галузі біополітики – відносно нового наукового напряму, що являє собою специфічний конвергентний комплекс біології та політології, орієнтований на цілісне усвідомлення феномена людського життя, його місця й ролі в політичному бутті суспільства. Стверджується, що сучасна біополітика вже має свою історію, насичену всіма нюансами оціночних суджень – від безумовного заперечення і наукової неспроможності та безперспективності до декларативно-пафосних тверджень про те, що в ХХІ столітті будь-які політичні процеси і явища мають суто біополітичну основу. Розглянуто роль біополітики, яка набуває рис не тільки природознавчої, але й соціогуманітарної сфери знання. Підкреслено, що бівалентний характер біополітики, зумовлений конгеніальністю біологічного та політичного, є в умовах нового типу цивілізації вельми актуальним. У просторі практичної політики біополітика може слугувати базою для продукування комплексу соціальних і політичних технологій корекції, контролю та конверсії тих механізмів, які вже впроваджені в суспільно-політичному просторі відповідно до імперативів тих або інших політичних сил. Показано сучасні підходи до розуміння біополітики, в межах якої вибудовуються зв’язки між людиною, враховуючи її біосоціальну природу, та структурно-функціональними складовими, з яких побудована політична конструкція. Виявлено ключові тенденції розвитку сучасної біополітики, в контексті якої виділяють декілька ключових дослідницьких векторів, у яких проблематизується зміст і концептуалізується предметна сфера науки на перетині біологічного й політологічного знання. Актуальним визначено біополітичний аналіз пандемії коронавірусної інфекції COVID–19, як одного з найбільш загрозливих викликів в історії цивілізації. Зроблено висновок про те, що проблема «біологічного в політиці» та «політичного в біології» є фундаментальною для біополітики, а відтак, на шляху пізнання цих феноменів виникли та продовжують розвиватися численні теорії, концепції та моделі. The article presents separate perspectives of research in the field of biopolitics – a relatively new scientific direction, which is a specific convergent complex of biology and political science, focused on the holistic awareness of the phenomenon of human life, its place and role in the political being of society. It is claimed that modern biopolitics already has its history, saturated with all the nuances of evaluative judgments – from unconditional denial and scientific incapacity and hopelessness to declarative and pathetic statements that in the 21st century any political processes and phenomena have a purely biopolitical basis. The role of biopolitics, which acquires features not only of the natural science, but also of the socio-humanitarian sphere of knowledge, is considered. It is emphasized that the bivalent nature of biopolitics, caused by the congeniality of the biological and the political, is very relevant in the conditions of a new type of civilization. In the space of practical politics, biopolitics can serve as a basis for the production of a complex of social and political technologies for the correction, control and conversion of those mechanisms that have already been implemented in the socio-political space in accordance with the imperatives of certain political forces. Modern approaches to the understanding of biopolitics are shown, within which connections are built between a person, taking into account his biosocial nature, and the structural and functional components from which the political structure is built. Key trends in the development of modern biopolitics are identified, in the context of which several key research vectors are identified, in which the content is problematized and the subject area of science at the intersection of biological and political knowledge is conceptualized. The biopolitical analysis of the pandemic of the coronavirus infection COVID–19 is determined to be relevant, as one of the most threatening challenges in the history of civilization. It is concluded that the problem of «biological in politics» and «political in biology» is fundamental for biopolitics, and therefore, numerous theories, concepts and models have emerged and continue to develop on the way to understanding these phenomena.
