ВЗАЄМОЗВ’ЯЗОК СПРЯМОВАНОСТІ МОТИВАЦІЇ І РІВНЯ ДОМАГАНЬ ОСІБ ЮНАЦЬКОГО ВІКУ

Abstract

У кваліфікаційній роботі розкрито актуальність теми, що зумовлена тим, що сучасні зміни у суспільстві ставлять перед особистістю великі виклики, вимагаючи зростання творчої активності, самосвідомості та вміння правильно оцінювати себе і свої можливості, що важливо для формування розвиненої особистості і побудови позитивних взаємин з іншими людьми. У теоретичному розділі представлено зв’язок мотивації та рівня домагань у юнацькому віці, а також підходи до визначення досліджуваних явищ. В емпіричній частині роботи за допомогою низки психодіагностичних методик було встановлено основні параметри зв’язку та взаємовпливу між показниками мотивації та рівня домагань досліджуваних осіб. Використані здобувачкою методи відповідають сформульованій меті і завданням дослідження у роботі. Результати інтерпретовано за допомогою кількісного та якісного аналізування. The qualification work reveals the relevance of the topic, which is due to the fact that modern changes in society pose great challenges to the individual, requiring an increase in creative activity, self-awareness and the ability to correctly assess oneself and one's capabilities, which is important for the formation of a developed personality and building positive relationships with other people. The theoretical section presents the relationship between motivation and the level of claims in adolescence, as well as approaches to defining the phenomena under study. In the empirical part of the work, using a number of psychodiagnostic methods, the main parameters of the relationship and interrelation between the indicators of motivation and the level of harassment of the studied individuals were established. The methods used by the applicant correspond to the formulated purpose and objectives of the study in the work. The results were interpreted using quantitative and qualitative analysis.
