УПРАВЛІННЯ ЗАКЛАДАМИ ОСВІТИ В УМОВАХ ВОЄННОГО СТАНУ

Abstract

Мета роботи полягає у теоретичному обґрунтуванні та практичному дослідженні основних шляхів вдосконалення системи управління закладів освіти в умовах воєнного стану країни. Організація ефективного освітнього процесу в сучасних закладах освіти в умовах війни є досить складним та непростим процесом, що потребує від Міністерства освіти України та керівництва закладів освіти впровадження нових методик та методів навчання серед здобувачів освіти. Система освіти в Україні, не дивлячись на війну вистояла завдяки врахуванням вимог та потреб суспільства, а також жвавій реакції органів управління освіти, що зробило її досить гнучкою. До основних проблем функціонування закладів освіти під час війни відносять: знижене фінансування; відсутність відповідних безкоштовних платформ для онлайн-навчання; руйнування навчальних закладів освіти; відсутність очних занять – виникнення соціальної ізоляції; недостатній рівень відповідного кадрового та системно-технічного забезпечення. Результати мого дослідження можуть бути запропоновані науково-педагогічним працівникам сучасних закладів освіти, а також студентам, аспірантам та докторантам, з метою ознайомлення нововведень у системі управління освітнім процесом в умовах воєнного стану. Abstract. The purpose of the work is the theoretical substantiation and practical research of the main ways of improving the management system of educational institutions in the conditions of the country's martial law. The organization of an effective educational process in modern educational institutions in the conditions of war is a rather complex and difficult process, which requires the Ministry of Education of Ukraine and the management of educational institutions to introduce new methods and methods of education among students. The education system in Ukraine, despite the war, survived thanks to taking into account the demands and needs of society, as well as the quick reaction of the education management bodies, which made it quite flexible. The main problems of the functioning of educational institutions during the war include: reduced funding; lack of appropriate free platforms for online learning; destruction of educational institutions; lack of extracurricular activities - emergence of social isolation; insufficient level of appropriate personnel and system and technical support. The results of my research can be offered to scientific and pedagogical workers of modern educational institutions, as well as students, graduate students and doctoral students, with the aim of familiarizing them with innovations in the system of managing the educational process under martial law.
