Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню інститутів у організаційній структурі права ЄС. В роботі розкрито природу правової системи права Європейського Союзу: загальна характеристика, принципи права Європейського Союзу, охарактеризовано правосуб’єктність Європейського Союзу, визначено поняття наднаціональності у праві ЄС Рада Міністрів, склад та повноваження. Також, визначено правовий статус Європейської комісії, Європейського Парламенту, Суду Співтовариств, Європейської Ради, Європейського Центрального Банку.

The qualification work is devoted to the study of institutions in the organizational structure of EU law. The work reveals the nature of the legal system of the law of the European Union: general characteristics, principles of the law of the European Union, the legal personality of the European Union is characterized, the concept of supranationality in EU law, the Council of Ministers, its composition and powers are defined. Also, the legal status of the European Commission, the European Parliament, the Court of Communities, the European Council, and the European Central Bank is determined.
