ВПЛИВ ІНФОРМАЦІЙНОГО СЕРЕДОВИЩА НА РІВЕНЬ СИТУАТИВНОЇ ТРИВОЖНОСТІ ОСОБИСТОСТІ В УМОВАХ ВОЄННОГО СТАНУ

Abstract

Робота присвячена впливу інформаційного середовища на рівень ситуативної тривожності особистості в умовах воєнного стану. Визначено науково-психологічні підходи до визначення феномену тривожності. Описано соціально-психологічні чинники формування та розвитку тривожності. Зазначено роль інформаційного середовища в умовах воєнного стану. Для розширення наукових знань про вплив інформаційного середовища на рівень ситуативної тривожності особистості в умовах воєнного стану проведене емпіричне дослідження. У контексті впливу інформаційного середовища на рівень ситуативної тривожності в умовах воєнного стану розроблено практичні рекомендації, які можуть допомогти знизити тривожність та покращити психоемоційний стан особистості. Продемонстровано підвищений рівень тривожності та стресу в учасників, які піддавалися дезінформації та тривожним повідомленням, що свідчить про необхідність критичного сприйняття інформації та здатності розпізнавати маніпуляції. The article is devoted to the influence of the information environment on the level of situational anxiety of a person under martial law. The scientific and psychological approaches to the definition of the phenomenon of anxiety are defined. The socio-psychological factors of formation and development of anxiety are described. The role of the information environment under martial law is indicated. An empirical study was conducted to expand scientific knowledge about the impact of the information environment on the level of situational anxiety of an individual under martial law. In the context of the influence of the information environment on the level of situational anxiety under martial law, practical recommendations have been developed that can help reduce anxiety and improve the psycho-emotional state of the individual. An increased level of anxiety and stress was demonstrated in participants who were exposed to disinformation and disturbing messages, which indicates the need for critical perception of information and the ability to recognize manipulation.
