БІОЛОГІЧНІ ЗНАННЯ ЯК ЧИННИК ФОРМУВАННЯ ПОЛІТИЧНИХ ІДЕЙ І ЦІННОСТЕЙ У ГРОМАДЯНСЬКОМУ СУСПІЛЬСТВІ

Abstract

У статті розглядаються окремі аспекти сучасних біологічних знань, показано їхній зв'язок з природничими та соціальними науками; розкрито положення щодо специфічності місця й ролі людини у планетарному різноманітті усього живого, визначено роль біологічних знань у процесі трансформації політичних ідей та цінностей, що слугують їх підґрунтям. Проаналізовано сутність політичних ідей як активуючих суспільну свідомість умоглядних моделей облаштування світу; показано, що науковий прогрес біологічних наук має у перспективі політичні наслідки. Автор акцентує увагу на необхідності створення умов для формування реального громадянського суспільства на принципах справедливості, "ноосферної гармонії" й розумного самообмеження людини у своїх потребах.

В статье рассматриваются отдельные аспекты современных биологических знаний, показано их связь с естественными и социальными науками; раскрыто положение о специфичности места и роли человека в планетарном многообразии всего живого, определена роль биологических знаний в процессе трансформации политических идей и ценностей, которые служат их основой. Проанализированы сущность политических идей как активирующих общественное сознание умозрительных моделей устройства мира; показано, что научный прогресс биологических наук имеет в перспективе политические последствия. Автор акцентирует внимание на необходимостисоздания условий для формирования реального гражданского общества на принципах справедливости, "ноосферной гармонии" и разумного самоограничения человека в своих потребностях.

This article discusses some aspects of modern biological knowledge, showing their relationship to the natural and social sciences; discloses the privacy specificity of place and role of man in the planetary diversity of all living things, defines the role of biological knowledge in the process of transformation of political ideas and values that serve as their foundation. Analyzed the essence of political ideas as activating abstract device models of the world; shown that scientific progress has biological sciences in the future political implications. The author stresses the need to build around him real civil society based on the principles of justice, "noosphere harmony" self-restraint and reasonable person in his needs. The author emphasizes that the use of biological knowledge in political interests can have both positive and negative consequences. On the one hand - increasing productivity of agriculture as a result of the use of biotechnology, pharmacological means to improve the quality of life, health, including reproductive, etc.; but on the other – a real ability to control the scope of higher nervous activity, introduction of eugenic practices, adjusting the national gene pool. The result of reflection copyright is believed that the doctrine of the noosphere was the doctrinal basis for the registration of political ideas, which the author defines as the idea of developing a new communitarian strategy of human interaction with nature. Fruitful foundation of such a strategy is the civil society that provides unity of values and priorities of the individual, society and state. That civil society should be considered as a unique space for the formation of a new humanism, which acts as an understanding of global interdependence of people, mutual responsibility and mutual influence in the world, as the ethics of responsibility, love for justice and tolerance to violence.
