Research of Relationship between the Social Expectations and Professional Training of Lyceum Students studying in the Field of Shipbuilding

Abstract

Social expectations are important regulators of vocational training of lyceums of shipbuilding vocational schools. The aim is to study the relationship of social expectations and professional training of lyceum-shipbuilders (n = 251). The most significant relationships of expectations and investigated variables at the level (p≤.01) are established. The program for optimization of development and psycho-correction in the form of the elective “Expected result” is implemented. The efficiency of the developed program has been experimentally confirmed. The ways of improvement and development perspectives are proposed. Соціальні очікування є важливими регуляторами навчально-професійної підготовки ліцеїстів суднобудівних професійно-технічних училищ. Метою є дослідження взаємозв’язку соціальних очікувань і професійної підготовки ліцеїстів-суднобудівельників (n=251). Встановлено найбільш значущі взаємозв’язки очікувань і досліджуваних змінних на рівні (p≤.01). Впроваджено програму оптимізації розвитку та психокорекції у формі факультативу «Очікуваний результат». Експериментально підтверджено ефективність розробленої програми, запропоновано шляхи вдосконалення і перспективи розвитку.
