АСЕРТИВНІСТЬ ЯК ЧИННИК КОМУНІКАТИВНОЇ КОМПЕТЕНТНОСТІ СТУДЕНТІВ

Abstract

Статтю присвячено проблемі впливу асертивності на комунікативну компетентність у студентської молоді. З’ясовано зміст та структуру комунікативної компетентності особистості. Встановлено взаємозв’язок між асертивністю та параметрами комунікативної компетентності, що свідчить про взаємовплив цих психологічних феноменів у навчальній діяльності та взаємодії студентів. Доведено відмінності у прояві параметрів комунікативної компетентності у студентів з різним рівнем асертивності. The article deals with the problem of the influence of assertiveness on the communicative competence of student youth. It has been determined the content and structure of the communicative competence of the individual. It has been established the interconnection between assertiveness and the parameters of communicative competence, which testifies to the mutual influence of these psychological phenomena in educational activities and student interaction. It has been proved the differences in the manifestation of the parameters of communicative competence among students with different levels of assertiveness.
