СИМУЛЯЦІЙНІ ТРЕНАЖЕРИ В ПІДГОТОВЦІ МАЙБУТНІХ СУДНОВОДІЇВ

Abstract

Розвиток технологій, інформатизація судноводіння зумовлюють зміни у формуванні професійних компетентностей майбутніх морських спеціалістів. Стаття присвячена питанням використання симуляційних тренажерів віртуальної реальності у вищих навчальних закладах при підготовці морських фахівців, практичній спрямованості освітнього процесу з урахуванням передового міжнародного досвіду судноплавства в галузі симуляцій та відповідності сучасним інноваційним технологіям. У статті досліджено пошук нових методологічних підходів до системи навчання майбутніх судноводіїв із залученням сучасних технологій з використанням віртуальної реальності , відомих як симуляційне навчання. Проаналізовано роль і місце симуляційних технологій віртуальної реальності з урахуванням компетентнісного підходу, результати застосування симуляційних технологій віртуальної реальності у системі професійної підготовки майбутніх судноводіїв. На прикладі створення симуляційного центру «Віртуально-реальне судно» в Херсонській державній морській академії продемонстровано систему формування професійних компетентностей майбутніх судноводіїв. Показано, що використання симуляційних технологій віртуальної реальності дозволяє відтворити тісний зв’язок освітнього процесу з практикою, моделювати реальні професійні ситуації, адаптувати процес навчання під конкретні професійні завдання, об’єктивно оцінювати рівень професійної підготовки, підвищувати рівень формування професійних компетентностей та особистісних якостей майбутніх судноводіїв, підняти відпрацювання практичних навичок судноводіння на якісно новий рівень без загрози життю та здоров’я людей. Навігаційні тренажери значною мірою забезпечують виконання психолого-дидактичних вимог до процесу формування професійних компетентностей майбутніх судноводіїв.
