РЕВОЛЮЦІЯ ГІДНОСТІ У ШКІЛЬНОМУ КУРСІ ІСТОРІЇ

Дослідження присвячене всебічному аналізу причин, перебігу подій та наслідків Революції Гідності та особливостей їх викладання у шкільному курсі історії. Викладання теми «Революція Гідності» у шкільному курсі історії має значний виховний потенціал, адже сприяє вихованню поваги до учасників Революції Гідності, осмисленню цінностей демократії, свободи, прав людини та розвитку активної громадянської позиції учнів. Ця тема дозволяє застосовувати широкий спектр методів та прийомів викладання. Попри наявність окремих методичних рекомендацій та матеріалів, систематизованої та апробованої методики викладання теми «Революція Гідності» ще бракує. Це стосується як структурування змісту навчального матеріалу, так і застосування сучасних освітніх технологій (інтерактивних вправ, мультимедіа, освітніх проєктів, тощо). У роботі проаналізовано наукову літературу та охарактеризовано стан наукової розробки проблеми, також досліджено перебіг подій Революції Гідності, визначено наслідки та охаракторизовано історичне значення події. Результати дослідження засвідчують що ця тема є перспективною для формування навичок критичного мислення, розвитку ключових компетентностей, формування громадянської свідомості, виховання патріотизму та поваги до прав людини. Головною проблемою у викладанні цієї теми є недостатня кількість навчального часу та стислий виклад матеріалу у підручниках, тому вчителям необхідно стимулювати дослідницький інтерес учнів та використовувати інтерактивні методики викладання із залученням фото, відео та інших видів джерел. The study is devoted to a comprehensive analysis of the causes, course of events and consequences of the Revolution of Dignity and the peculiarities of their teaching in the school history course. Teaching the topic "Revolution of Dignity" in the school history course has a significant educational potential, because it contributes to the education of respect for the participants of the Revolution of Dignity, the understanding of the values of democracy, freedom, human rights and the development of an active civic position of students. This topic allows the application of a wide range of teaching methods and techniques. Despite the availability of separate methodological recommendations and materials, the systematic and proven methodology of teaching the topic "Revolution of Dignity" is still lacking. This applies to both the structuring of the content of the educational material and the application of modern educational technologies (interactive exercises, multimedia, educational projects, etc.). The paper analyzes the scientific literature and characterizes the state of scientific development of the problem, also investigates the course of the events of the Revolution of Dignity, identifies the consequences and characterizes the historical significance of the event. The results of the study indicate that this topic is promising for the formation of critical thinking skills, the development of key competencies, the formation of civic consciousness, the education of patriotism and respect for human rights. The main problem in teaching this topic is the insufficient amount of study time and concise presentation of the material in textbooks, so teachers need to stimulate students' research interest and use interactive teaching methods with the involvement of photos, videos and other types of sources.
