    РОЗРОБЛЕННЯ ПРОЄКТУ ТА ДИЗАЙНУ ІНТЕР’ЄРУ КАФЕ «УНІВЕР» З ВИКОРИСТАННЯМ СУЧАСНИХ ТЕХНОЛОГІЙ

    Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена розробленню прєкту та дизайну інтерєру студентського кафе «Універ» у місті Херсон. У роботі використано наступні методи: аналіз теоретичних досліджень та практики дизайну інтер`єрів кафе, аналіз сучасних та світових тенденції дизайну інтер’єрів кафе, досліджено формування дизайну інтер'єрів кафе, роль кольору, світла, меблів і обладнання та засобів мистецтва при формуванні дизайну внутрішнього середовища кафе, вимоги до інтер’єрів кафе під час Соvid-19 та ергономіка у закладах громадського харчування. У ході роботи було розробленно, дизайн-проєкт кафе «Універ» інтер’єру у стилі еко-лофт та розроблено меню кафе «Універ». Qualification work is devoted to the development of the project and interior design of the student cafe "Univer" in Kherson. The following methods are used in the work: analysis of theoretical researches and practice of cafe interior design, analysis of modern and world tendencies of cafe interior design, formation of cafe interior design, role of color, light, furniture and equipment and means of art in design formation. the internal environment of the cafe, the requirements for the interiors of cafes during Соvid-19 and ergonomics in catering establishments. During the work, the design project of the cafe "Univer" interior in the style of eco-loft was developed and the menu of the cafe "Univer" was developed.
