    ПСИХОЛОГІЧНІ ОСОБЛИВОСТІ СИНДРОМУ САМОЗВАНЦЯ ОСІБ РАННЬОЇ ДОРОСЛОСТІ

    Робота присвячена дослідженню психологічних особливостей синдрому самозванця у осіб ранньої дорослості. Розкрито сутність синдрому самозванця та проаналізовано основні наукові підходи до його вивчення. Визначено роль самооцінки, локусу контролю, мотиваційної сфери та перфекціоністських установок у формуванні переживань синдрому самозванця. Охарактеризовано психологічні прояви феномену та особливості його впливу на особистісне функціонування в період ранньої дорослості. Проведено емпіричне дослідження рівня вираженості синдрому самозванця та його взаємозв’язків із досліджуваними психологічними характеристиками. На основі отриманих результатів розроблено практичні рекомендації щодо профілактики та корекції проявів синдрому самозванця. Продемонстровано можливості використання результатів дослідження у практиці психологічного консультування та психокорекційній роботі з особами ранньої дорослості. The work is devoted to the study of the psychological features of impostor syndrome in early adulthood. The essence of impostor syndrome and the main scientific approaches to its study are analyzed. The role of self-esteem, locus of control, motivational sphere, and perfectionist attitudes in the formation of impostor syndrome experiences is determined. The psychological manifestations of the phenomenon and the peculiarities of its influence on personality functioning in early adulthood are characterized. An empirical study of the level of impostor syndrome and its relationships with the studied psychological characteristics was conducted. Based on the obtained results, practical recommendations for the prevention and correction of impostor syndrome manifestations were developed. The possibilities of applying the research results in psychological counseling and psychocorrectional work with individuals in early adulthood are demonstrated.
