    ЕЛЕКТРОННА БІБЛІОТЕКА ЯК ДЖЕРЕЛО СТАТИСТИЧНИХ ДАНИХ ДЛЯ ІНФОРМАЦІЙНО-АНАЛІТИЧНОЇ ПІДТРИМКИ ПЕДАГОГІЧНИХ ДОСЛІДЖЕНЬ

    У статті досліджено особливості використання статистичного модуля IRStat2 Електронної бібліотеки НАПН України у формуванні статистики для інформаційно-аналітичної підтримки науково-педагогічних досліджень. Описано напрями застосування аналітичної системи Google Analytics як засобу моніторингу використання такої бібліотеки як електронного освітнього ресурсу підтримки наукових досліджень, створеного за результатами виконання науково-дослідної роботи в галузі педагогіки. Розглянуто особливості здійснення моніторингу результатів науково-дослідних робіт і ефективності діяльності наукової установи. Здійснено порівняння аналітичної системи Google Analytics та статистичного модулю IRStats2. Зроблено висновок про те, що аналітичну систему Google Analytics та статистичний модуль IRStats2 доцільно використовувати для науково-методичного супроводу електронних бібліотек, управління роботою за науковою темою, науковою установою, так як вони дозволяють формувати різноманітні статистичні звіти, що доповнюють один одного та допомагають визначити, як відбувається використання результатів науково-дослідних робіт, зокрема електронних освітніх ресурсів, за багатьма критеріями, дослідити аудиторію користувачів, авторів ресурсів, а також дозволяють сформувати як комбіновані, так і додаткові статистичні звіти, ввівши додаткові параметри фільтрування. In the article we have explored the use of the statistical module IRSTat2 of the digital Library of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine in the formation of statistics for the information-analytical support of scientific and pedagogical research. We have described the directions of application of the analytical system Google Analytics as a means of monitoring the use of such a library as a digital educational resource of scientific research support, created on the results of scientific research in the field of pedagogy. There have been considered the peculiarities of monitoring the results of research work and the efficiency of the activity of a scientific institution. A comparative analysis of the Google analytics system and the IRStats2 statistical module has been made. It has been concluded that the analytical system Google Analytics and the statistical module IRSTats2 are expedient to use for scientific and methodological support of digital libraries, management of work on a scientific topic, of a scientific institution, as they allow to form various statistical reports that complement each other and help to determine, how to use the results of research work, in particular digital educational resources, as well as to explore the audience of users and resource authors according to many criteria. They also allow to form both combined and additional statistical reports by introducing additional filtering options.

    ОСВІТНЬО-НАУКОВА СИСТЕМА ФОРМУВАННЯ НАУКОВИХ ТА НАУКОВО-ПЕДАГОГІЧНИХ КАДРІВ ВИЩОЇ КВАЛІФІКАЦІЇ З ЦИФРОВОЇ ТРАНСФОРМАЦІЇ УКРАЇНСЬКОЇ ОСВІТИ І НАУКИ (до 20-ї річниці Інституту інформаційних технологій і засобів навчання НАПН України)

    Підготовка фахівців вищої кваліфікації визнається однією з найбільш авторитетних галузей вітчизняної освітньої системи. В Інституті інформаційних технологій і засобів навчання НАПН України значна увага приділяється підготовці наукових та науково- педагогічних кадрів вищої кваліфікації, тобто осередками підготовки та атестації нового покоління наукових і науково-педагогічних кадрів для забезпечення процесу цифровізації освіти і науки України є аспірантура, докторантура і спеціалізована вчена рада. У статті висвітлено досвід роботи Інституту інформаційних технологій і засобів навчання НАПН України в контексті підготовки та атестації наукових і науково-педагогічних кадрів вищої кваліфікації. Описано ініціативу створення наукової спеціальності 13.00.10 – інформаційно- комунікаційні технології в освіті, що спрямована на вирішення проблеми підготовки аспірантів і докторантів, які проводять дослідження щодо забезпечення процесу цифровізації освіти. Наголошено на ролі Інституту інформаційних технологій і засобів навчання НАПН України в питаннях цифровізації освіти і науки України. Проаналізовано Концепцію розвитку цифрової економіки та суспільства України на 2018-2020 роки та визначено, що в ній зовсім не згадується про важливість підготовки кадрів з цифрової трансформації економіки та суспільства, зокрема тих, хто буде здійснювати ці процеси, також не вказується на важливість проведення попередніх наукових досліджень, щоб ці процеси були ефективними і результативними. Представлено та проаналізовано організаційно-педагогічні умови забезпечення ефективної підготовки наукових і науково-педагогічних кадрів вищої кваліфікації та досвід їх реалізації в Інституті інформаційних технологій і засобів навчання НАПН України. Розроблено та обґрунтовано освітньо-наукову систему формування наукових та науково- педагогічних кадрів вищої кваліфікації з цифрової трансформації української освіти і науки та взаємодію Інституту інформаційних технологій і засобів навчання НАПН України й інших установ у її впровадженні. Training of highly qualified specialists is recognized as one of the most authoritative branches of the national educational system. At the Institute of Information Technologies and Learning Tools of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine considerable attention is paid to the training of scientific and scientific-pedagogical staff of higher qualification, i.e., the center of training and certification of a new generation of scientific and scientific-pedagogical staff to ensure the process of education and science digitalization in Ukraine is postgraduate, doctoral and specialized scientific council. The article covers the experience of the Institute of Information Technologies and Learning Tools of the of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine in the context of training and certification of scientific and scientific-pedagogical staff of higher qualification. The initiative to create a scientific specialty 13.00.10 - information and communication technologies in education, which is aimed at solving the problem of training postgraduate and doctoral students conducting research to ensure the process of digitalization of education, is described. The role of the Institute of Information Technologies and Learning Tools of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine in the issues of digitalization of education and science of Ukraine is emphasized. The Concept of development of digital economy and society of Ukraine for 2018-2020 is analyzed and it is determined that it does not mention at all the importance of training the personnel for digital transformation of economy and society, in particular of those who will carry out these processes, also does not point out the importance of conducting previous scientific research to make these processes effective and efficient. Organizational and pedagogical conditions for providing effective training of scientific and scientific and pedagogical staff of higher qualification and experience of their implementation at the Institute of Information Technologies and Learning Tools of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine are presented and analyzed. The educational and scientific system of formation of scientific and scientific-pedagogical staff of higher qualification on digital transformation of Ukrainian education and science and interaction of the Institute of Information Technologies and Learning Tools of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine and other institutions in its implementation have been developed and substantiated.
