    Об’єктом дослідження виступають публічні закупівлі. Мета дипломної роботи полягає в дослідженні процесів організації та контролю за публічними закупівлями в органах місцевої влади. За результатами дослідження сформульовані ґрунтовні висновки та пропозиції щодо вдосконалення системи публічних закупівель як на місцевому, так і на загальнодержавному рівні. The object of the research is public procurement. The aim of the thesis is to study the processes of organization and control of public procurement in local authorities. Based on the results of the research, thorough conclusions and proposals for improving the public procurement system at both the local and national level were formulated.
