    У кваліфікаційній роботі здійснено спробу розкрити особливість категорії «діти-сироти» як однієї із вразливих категорій осіб, які потребують допомоги та підтримки; розглянуто технологію соціального захисту дітей- сиріт через розкриття пріоритетності напряму державної соціальної політики; розроблено та охарактеризовано проєкт авторського Ресурсного центру по роботі з дітьми-сиротами в умовах війни; надано рекомендації щодо ефективної роботи Ресурсного центру по роботі з дітьми-сиротами в умовах війни. In the qualification work, an attempt was made to reveal the peculiarity of the category of «orphans» as one of the vulnerable categories of persons in need of help and support; the technology of social protection of orphans is considered through the disclosure of the priority direction of the state social policy; the project of the author's Resource Center for working with orphaned children in war conditions was developed and characterized; recommendations were provided regarding the effective work of the Resource Center for working with orphans in wartime conditions.

    У статті йдеться про актуальність необхідності допомоги дітям-сиротам, які постраждали в результаті збройного конфлікту; окреслено перелік проблем, що постають перед цією незахищеною категорією населення; здійснено спробу окреслити аспекти, стратегії та підходи соціальної роботи з дітьми-сиротами, які постраждали від війни. The article talks about the urgency of the need to help orphans who suffered as a result of the armed conflict; the list of problems faced by this vulnerable population category is outlined; an attempt was made to outline the aspects, strategies and approaches of social work with orphans affected by the war.
