    У статті розглядається актуальна проблема контактовставновлюючих висловлювань, що функціонують в ініціюючій фазі діалогу. Автор аналізує функціональну роль компліменту у встановленні контакту та створенні сприятливої атмосфери для подальшої мовленнєвої комунікації. The article looks at the urgent problem of contact utterances used in the initiative phases of the dialogue. The author analyses a functional role of the compliment in striking contact and conditioning pleasant atmosphere for the further speech communication.
