    Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню теоретичних засад забезпечення реалізації рішень Європейського суду з прав людини в Україні. В роботі визначено методологічну основу наукового дослідження забезпечення реалізації рішень Європейського суду з прав людини в Україні; охарактеризовано підстави, порядок та проблеми реалізації рішень Європейського суду з прав людини в Україні; встановлено ознаки та елементи злочину у виді умисного невиконання службовою особою рішення Європейського суду з прав людини; виявлено особливості призначення покарання за умисне невиконання службовою особою рішення Європейського суду з прав людини. The qualification work is devoted to the study of theoretical principles of ensuring the implementation of the decisions of the European Court of Human Rights in Ukraine. The methodological basis of scientific research to ensure the implementation of the decisions of the European Court of Human Rights in Ukraine is determined in the work; the grounds, procedure and problems of implementation of the decisions of the European Court of Human Rights in Ukraine are described; the signs and elements of the crime in the form of intentional non-compliance with the decision of the European Court of Human Rights by an official have been established; revealed the peculiarities of sentencing for intentional non-compliance with the decision of the European Court of Human Rights.

    ПРОТИДІЯ ТОРГІВЛІ ЛЮДЬМИ В УКРАЇНІ : ПРОБЛЕМИ ТА ШЛЯХИ ЇХ ВИРІШЕННЯ

    Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню протидії торгівлі людьми в Україні. Деталізовано поняття «незаконна торгівля людьми». Надана кримінологічна характеристика злочинам, які пов’язані з торгівлею людьми. Проаналізовано причини та умови існування проблеми торгівлі людьми в Україні. Проведено аналіз сучасного стану злочинів пов’язаних з торгівлею людьми в Україні. Визначено шляхи щодо попередження злочинів пов’язаних з торгівлею людьми в Україні. Охарактеризовано роль недержавних організацій у боротьбі з торгівлею людьми. The qualification work is devoted to the study of combating human trafficking in Ukraine. The concept of «illegal human trafficking» is detailed. A criminological description of crimes related to human trafficking is provided. The causes and conditions of the problem of human trafficking in Ukraine are analyzed. An analysis of the current state of crimes related to human trafficking in Ukraine has been conducted. Ways to prevent crimes related to human trafficking in Ukraine have been identified. The role of non-governmental organizations in the fight against human trafficking is described.
