ОСОБЛИВОСТІ ВЗАЄМОЗВ’ЯЗКУ РІВНЯ САМООЦІНКИ ТА РІВНЯ ДОМАГАНЬ У СТУДЕНТІВ – ПСИХОЛОГІВ З НАПРАВЛЕНІСТЮ ДО ПРОДОВЖЕННЯ НАВЧАННЯ

Теоретична частина кваліфікаційної роботи присвячена аналізу таких понять: самооцінки та її формування у процесі особистісного становлення особистості, рівня домагань та його взаємозв’язку з самооцінкою особистості. У практичній частині дослідження викладені результати визначення взаємозв’язку рівня самооцінки та рівня домагань студентів-психологів. Досліджено особливості рівня самооцінки та рівня домагань у двох групах студентів-психологів: 1– що планують продовжувати навчання; 2 – що не планують продовжувати навчання. Визначено (за допомогою кореляційного аналізу за Спірменом) особливості взаємозв’язку рівня самооцінки та рівня домагань у студентів-психологів з направленістю до продовження навчання. Результати дослідження оброблені якісно і кількісно, представлені у рисунках і таблицях. The theoretical part of the qualification work is devoted to the analysis of the following concepts: self-esteem and its formation in the process of personal development of personality, the level of claims and its relationship with self-esteem. The practical part presents the results of determining the relationship between the level of self-esteem and the level of claims of students of psychology. The peculiarities of the level of self-esteem and the level of demands in two groups of students-psychologists are studied: 1– who plan to continue their studies; 2 - who do not plan to continue their studies. The peculiarities of the relationship between the level of self-esteem and the level of demands of students-psychologists with the focus on continuing education were determined (using Spearman's correlation analysis). The results of the study are processed qualitatively and quantitatively, presented in figures and tables.

В кваліфікаційній роботі (проекті) розглянуто та вивчено основні аспекти стратегічного управління інвестиційним потенціалом промислового підприємства. Для досягнення мети у роботі було вирішено такі завдання : - розкриті теоретичні основи інвестиційного потенціалу промислового підприємства; - охарактеризовані складові стратегічного управляння інвестиційним потенціалом підприємства; - досліджено ресурсі детермінанти ПрАТ «Чумак» як складових інвестиційного потенціалу; - вивчено тенденції стратегічного управління розвитком інвестиційного потенціалу. В процесі роботи зроблено висновки та пропозиції щодо підвищення ефективності формування інвестиційного потенціалу промислового підприємства, системи економічних показників, що розкривають об’єкт інвестиційної діяльності . Кваліфікаційна робота ( проект) складається зі вступу, трьох розділів, висновку, списку використаних джерел. In the qualification work (project) the main aspects of strategic management of investment potential of an industrial enterprise are considered and studied. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were solved: -theoretical bases of investment potential of industrial enterprise are revealed; -the components of strategic management of investment potential of the enterprise are characterized; - the determinant resources of PJSC Chumak as components of investment potential were studied; - tendencies of strategic management of investment potential development are studied. In the course of the work, conclusions and proposals were made to increase the efficiency of the investment potential of the industrial enterprise, the system of economic indicators that reveal the object of investment activity. Qualification work (project) consists of an introduction, three sections, a conclusion, a list of sources used.
