    Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена розгляду адміністративно правового режиму надзвичайного стану в Україні. Досліджено питання виникнення феномену надзвичайного адміністративно-правового режиму, його розвиток та становлення з прадавніх часів до сьогодення. The qualification work is devoted to the consideration of the administrative and legal regime of the state of emergency in Ukraine. The question of the emergence of the phenomenon of emergency administrative and legal regime, its development and formation from ancient times to the present is studied.
