    У роботі розкрито сутність поняття «міграція», виділено її види та форми, визначено наслідки міграційних переміщень молоді для вітчизняного ринку праці, причини й мотиви міграції, проаналізовано сучасний стан, структуру і тенденції розвитку міграції молоді в Україні. Проведено й описано результати емпіричного дослідження міграційних намірів студентів Херсонського державного університету. Запропоновано систему заходів інформаційно-просвітницького, соціально-економічного характеру, які спрямовані на стримування міграційних потоків молоді The paper reveals the essence of the concept of "migration", identifies its types and forms, identifies the consequences of migration of young people for the domestic labor market, causes and motives of migration, analyzes the current state, structure and trends of youth migration in Ukraine. The results of an empirical study of migration intentions of students of Kherson State University are conducted and described. A system of informational, educational, socio-economic measures aimed at curbing the migration flows of young people is proposed.
