    ВИЗНАЧЕННЯ СИНДРОМУ ПРОФЕСІЙНОГО ВИГОРАННЯ У ФАРМАЦЕВТІВ

    Робота присвячена вивченню особливостей професійного вигорання фармацевтів та вивченню впливу механізмів психологічного захисту на рівень вираженості феномену синдрому професійного вигорання. Виявлено, що на розвиток синдрому професійного вигорання фармацевтів впливають особистісні, морально-психологічні та ситуативні фактори. З’ясовано, що у більшості фармацевтів домінує наявність таких механізмів захисту, як раціоналізація, компенсація та проекція, а реактивне утворення та регресія є найменш властивими. This work is devoted to study of features of pharmacists’ professional burnout and examination of influence of mechanisms of psychological defense on the appearance level of phenomenon of pharmacists’ professional burnout syndrome. It was revealed that personal, moral and psychological and situational factors influence on development of pharmacists’ professional burnout syndrome. It was clarified that presence of such mechanisms of defense as streamlining, compensation and projection is dominated for a lot of pharmacists, however, reaction formation and regression are the least peculiar to them.
