    Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню впливу психологічних чинників на професійне вигорання викладачів закладів вищої освіти. На основі теоретичного аналізу й емпіричного дослідження, окреслено передумови формування професійного вигорання, зумовлені особливостями діяльності викладача. На основі валідних методик було зафіксовано рівень професійного вигорання опитаних викладачів ЗВО на рівні вище середнього та встановлено взаємозв’язок між рівнем сприйнятого стресу, емоційним виснаженням і мотиваційною сферою. Запропоновано 4-векторну модель та програму оптимізації впливу психологічних чинників, спрямовану на зниження рівня професійного вигорання викладачів ЗВО This thesis is devoted to studying the influence of psychological factors on professional burnout among higher education teachers. Based on theoretical analysis and empirical research, the prerequisites for professional burnout caused by the specific nature of teaching work are outlined. Based on valid methods, the level of professional burnout among the surveyed teachers of higher education institutions was recorded as above average, and a relationship was established between the level of perceived stress, emotional exhaustion, and motivation. A 4-vector model and a program for optimizing the influence of psychological factors aimed at reducing the level of professional burnout among higher education teachers are proposed.
