    Методика вивчення числових послідовностей в курсі алгебри, а саме вивчення арифметичної та геометричної прогресії. В структурі роботи виділено три основні розділи. Перший розділ присвячено теоретичним основам проблеми дослідження. В другому розділі розглянуто основні теоретичні положення, що стосуються арифметичної та геометричної прогресії, та методичні особливості введення теми в курсі алгебри. В третьому розділі описано етапи організації та проведення педагогічного експерименту. Methods of studying numerical sequences in the course of algebra, namely the study of arithmetic and geometric progression. There are three main sections in the structure of the work. The first section is devoted to the theoretical foundations of the research problem. The second section considers the main theoretical provisions relating to arithmetic and geometric progression, and methodological features of the introduction of the topic in the course of algebra. The third section describes the stages of organizing and conducting a pedagogical experiment.
