    КУЛЬТУРАЛЬНІ ОСОБЛИВОСТІ ЕНДОФІТІВ, ЩО АСОЦІЙОВАНІ З ЕПІФІТНИМИ ЛИШАЙНИКАМИ

    У результаті дослідження апробована методика вирощування ліхенофільних та сапротрофних гіфоміцетів з родів Alternaria, Cladosporium,Tilachlidium та Trichoderma. Вирощено 20 чистих грибних культур. Виділено тотальні ДНК СТАВ-методом з грибних культур. Проведено полімеразно-ланцюгову реакцію деяких з отриманих культур./ As a result of the study, the method of growing lichenophilic and saprotrophic hyphomycetes from the genera Alternaria, Cladosporium, Tilachlidium and Trichoderma was tested. 20 pure mushroom crops were grown. Total DNA was isolated by the STAV method from fungal cultures. The polymerase chain reaction of some of the obtained cultures was performed.
