    Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена розробці змісту та методики проведення тренувань з фізичної підготовки скелелазів початкового рівня підготовки. В роботі на основі аналізу літератури та практичного досвіду розроблено зміст та методика проведення тренувань юних скелелазів 8-9 років. Зміст загальної фізичної підготовки спрямований на вирішення наступних завдань: підвищення рівня підготовки, зміцнення здоров’я дітей, розвиток загальної витривалості, розвиток гнучкості, розвиток швидкісних здібностей, виконання рухів без зайвого напруження. Зміст спеціальної підготовки спрямований на розвиток фізичних якостей, що створюють основу для виконання змагальних вправ. Qualification work is devoted to the development of the content and methods of training for physical training of climbers of the initial level of training. In the work on the basis of the analysis of the literature and practical experience the maintenance and a technique of carrying out trainings of young climbers of 8-9 years are developed. The content of general physical training is aimed at solving the following tasks: improving the level of training, strengthening the health of children, the development of general endurance, the development of flexibility, the development of speed abilities, performing movements without undue stress. The content of special training is aimed at the development of physical qualities that form the basis for competitive exercises.
