    У роботі досліджено теоретичні основи стратегічного планування та конкурентоспроможності підприємства. Проведено аналіз системи стратегічного планування ТОВ «Молочна компанія «Галичина». Виявлено проблеми та резерви підвищення ефективності планування. Розроблено пропозиції щодо удосконалення системи стратегічного планування та практичної реалізації заходів, спрямованих на підвищення конкурентоспроможності підприємства. The study investigates the theoretical foundations of strategic planning and enterprise competitiveness. The analysis of the strategic planning system of LLC «Dairy Company «Galychyna» was carried out. Problems and reserves for improving the efficiency of planning were identified. Proposals for improving the strategic planning system and practical implementation of measures aimed at increasing the competitiveness of the enterprise were developed.
