В.Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена з’ясуванню правового статусу Національної поліції України як суб’єкта, що забезпечує права і свободи дитини, а також виокремленню можливих проблемних аспектів та виробленню дієвих рекомендацій і пропозицій в частині удосконалення його статусу, враховуючи міжнародний досвід. В ході роботи було надано загальноправову характеристику стосовно забезпечення прав і свобод дитини; проаналізовано правовий статус Національної поліції України та структурних органів як суб’єктів, що забезпечують права і свободи дитини; сформульовано шляхи удосконалення адміністративно-правового статусу Національної поліції України як суб’єкта, що забезпечує права і свободи дитини The qualifying work is devoted clarification legal status of the National Police of Ukraine as an entity that ensures the rights and freedoms of the child, as well as the identification of possible problematic aspects and the development of effective recommendations and proposals to improve its status, taking into account international experience. In the course of work was provided the general legal characteristic concerning maintenance of the rights and freedoms of the child is given; analyzed legal status of the National Police of Ukraine and structural bodies as entities that ensure the rights and freedoms of the child; formulated ways to improve the administrative and legal status of the National Police of Ukraine as an entity that ensures the rights and freedoms of the child.
