У статті аналізується пошук діючих шляхів розв’язання екологічних проблем, які виникли після підриву дамби, а також підбору відповідних методів та технік очистки водних ресурсів гирла річки Дніпро після екоциду, що покращуватимуть екологічний фон не лише Херсонської області, ай всієї країни загалом. Що і зумовило вибір теми нашого дослідження: «Екологічні наслідки прориву греблі Каховської ГЕС для гирлової частини Дніпра». The article analyzes the search for effective ways to solve environmental problems that arose after the dam was blown up, as well as the selection of appropriate methods and techniques for cleaning the water resources of the mouth of the Dnipro River after the ecocide, which will improve the ecological background not only of the Kherson region, but of the entire country in general. What led to the choice of the topic of our research: "Ecological consequences of the Kakhovskaya HPP dam breach for the estuary of the Dnieper."
Екологічні наслідки прориву греблі Каховської ГЕС для гирлової частини Дніпра (за результатами аналізу супутникових даних)

На сьогодні в реаліях російсько-української війни важливе місце посідає питання оцінювання сучасного стану навколишнього середовища України, з метою оптимізації його відновлення на після воєнному етапі. Особливо гостро відповідне питання постало після руйнування греблі Каховської ГЕС та катастрофічних наслідків, які були спричинені цією подією. Метою роботи є проаналізувати за допомогою дистанційних методів наслідки прориву греблі Каховської ГЕС для навколишнього середовища та безпосередньо водних ресурсів в межах гирлової області річки Дніпро. Today, in the realities of the Russian-Ukrainian war, an important place is occupied by the issue of assessing the current state of the environment of Ukraine, in order to optimize its restoration at the post-war stage. The relevant issue became especially acute after the destruction of the Kakhovka hydroelectric power station dam and the catastrophic consequences that were caused by this event. The aim of the work is to analyze, using remote sensing methods, the consequences of the Kakhovka hydroelectric power station dam breach for the environment and directly for water resources within the Dnieper River mouth area.
МЕТОДИЧНІ ПІДХОДИ ДО ОЦІНЮВАННЯ ПСИХІЧНИХ ТА ПСИХОФІЗІОЛОГІЧНИХ СТАНІВ СПОРТСМЕНІВ В УМОВАХ ЇХ ТРЕНУВАЛЬНОЇ ТА ЗМАГАЛЬНОЇ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ

У роботі проаналізовано теоретичні відомості щодо сутності поняття психофізіологічного стану, та виявлено, що дане поняття являє собою досить динамічну та складну ієрархічну систему. Проведено діагностику психофізіологічних станів спортсменів, які виникають в системі їх спортивної діяльності. Досліджено методичні основи проведення педагогічного експерименту. Розглянуто комплекс сучасних методів дослідження психофізіологічної діагностики у спортсменів. Підібрано методичні рекомендації щодо регуляції психічного та психофізіологічного стану спортсменів. Встановлено, що основу психокорекції складають процеси саморегуляції функціональних систем організму спортсменів, а також сучасні методи регулювання із боку діяльності тренера та психолога . / The paper analyzed theoretical information regarding the essence of the concept of psychophysiological state, and it was found that this concept is a rather dynamic and complex hierarchical system. Diagnosis of psychophysiological conditions of athletes that arise in the system of their sports activities was carried out. The methodical foundations of the pedagogical experiment were studied. The complex of modern research methods of psychophysiological diagnostics in athletes is considered. Methodological recommendations on the regulation of the mental and psychophysiological state of athletes have been selected. It has been established that the basis of psychocorrection consists of the processes of self-regulation of the functional systems of athletes' bodies, as well as modern methods of regulation on the part of the coach and psychologist.
