    Визначено сутність організаційної поведінки. Досліджено особливості організаційної поведінки як засобу підвищення ефективності діяльності підприємства. Визначено фактори міжнародного середовища, що впливають на організаційну поведінку. Здійснено аналіз забезпеченості підприємства трудовими ресурсами. Проведено оцінювання ефективності використання трудових ресурсів на підприємстві. Визначено особливості формування організаційної поведінки працівників сучасних підприємств. Розроблено модель оцінювання та стимулювання праці як найважливішого методу розвитку і підтримки організаційної поведінки. The essence of organizational behavior is determined. The peculiarities of organizational behavior as a means of increasing the efficiency of the enterprise are studied. The factors of the international environment influencing organizational behavior are determined. The analysis of the enterprise's labor supply is carried out. The efficiency of labor resources use at the enterprise was evaluated. Peculiarities of formation of organizational behavior of employees of modern enterprises are determined. A model of evaluation and stimulation of work as the most important method of development and support of organizational behavior is developed.
