    У кваліфікаційній роботі проаналізовано поняття «бездомність» як соціальний феномен, концептуальні засади організації підтримки та допомоги бездомним, окреслено історичні етапи становлення системи соціальної роботи з бездомними, описано особливості надання соціальних послуг бездомним в європейських країнах. The qualification work analyzes the concept of «homelessness» as a social phenomenon, the conceptual principles of support and assistance to the homeless, outlines the historical stages of the social work system with the homeless, describes the features of providing social services to the homeless in European countries.
