    Актуальність роботи обумовлена, з одного боку - гострою конкуренцією у сфері ресторанного бізнесу та обмеженістю маркетингових бюджетів малого бізнесу, а з іншого - перспективами, які відкривають соціальні медіа, що бурхливо розвиваються, і зміни споживчої поведінки. The relevance of the work is due, on the one hand, to the fierce competition in the restaurant business and the limited marketing budgets of small businesses, and on the other hand, to the prospects opened by rapidly developing social media and changes in consumer behavior.
