    Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена оцінці ефективності управління фондом оплати праці на підприємствах виноробної галузі як одного з напрямків до удосконалення бізнес – процесів, підвищення прибутковості та загальної конкурентоспроможності виноробних підприємств Херсонської області. У роботі розглянутий науковий доробок щодо проблем управління фондом оплати праці підприємств; визначено складові та фактори впливу на управління фондом оплати праці вітчизняних підприємств; висвітлено нормативно – правову та законодавчу базу регулювання питань управління фондом оплати праці на підприємствах; здійснено економічний аналіз стану та тенденцій формування фонду оплати праці на підприємствах виноробної галузі Херсонської області. The qualification work is devoted to the evaluation of the efficiency of the wage fund management at the enterprises of the wine industry as one of the directions to the improvement of business processes, increase of profitability and general competitiveness of the wine enterprises of the Kherson region. The paper considers the scientific achievements on the problems of management of the remuneration fund of enterprises; the components and factors of influence on the management of the wage fund of domestic enterprises are determined; the normative - legal and legislative base of regulation of issues of management of the salary fund at the enterprises is covered; the economic analysis of a condition and tendencies of formation of fund of payment of work at the enterprises of wine branch of the Kherson area is carried out.
