    Роботу присвячено дослідженню проблеми створення спеціальних умови для отримання освіти розумово відсталих дітей. Питання навчання і виховання розумово відсталих дітей вирішується в спеціальних навчальних закладах, які мають спеціальні програми та методи освіти, індивідуальні технічні навчальні засоби, підручники, навчальні посібники, а також педагогічні, медичні, соціальні та інші послуги, без яких засвоєння загальноосвітніх та професійних навчальних програм особами з особливостями психофізичного розвитку неможливе або значно утруднене. The work is devoted to the study of the problem of creating special conditions for the education of mentally retarded children.
