    У кваліфікаційній роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти трансформації світового ринку праці як результату технологізації та інформатизації розвитку соціально-економічних систем. Виявлена сучасна специфіка трудової діяльності, доведена об’єктивність виникнення нових форм організації праці в умовах діджиталізації економіки, визначені тенденції діджиталізації економіки та світового ринку праці. Проаналізовано тенденцію цифровізації зайнятості, яка виявляється у зростанні кількості працівників, які виконують роботу дистанційно через використання інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій. The qualification work examines the theoretical aspects of the transformation of the world labor market as a result of technologicalization and informatization of socio-economic systems. The modern specifics of labor activity are revealed, the objectivity of the emergence of new forms of labor organization in the conditions of digitalization of the economy is proved, the tendencies of digitalization of the economy and the world labor market are determined. The tendency of digitalization of employment, which is manifested in the growing number of employees who work remotely through the use of information and communication technologies, is analyzed.
