В роботі дослідження становлення та розвиток цивільно-правового регулювання відносин в сфері надання медичних послуг; проаналізовано нормативно-правове регулювання відносин у сфері надання медичних послуг; проаналізовано поняття медичної послуги як об’єкта правовідносин у сфері надання медичних послуг; досліджено поняття та зміст правового статусу суб’єктів правовідносин у сфері надання медичних послуг; розкрито зміст правовідносин у сфері надання медичних послуг; досліджено проблемні питання цивільно-правового регулювання відносин в сфері надання медичних послуг. The legal status of the Ukrainian bureau of Interpol is devoted to a comprehensive study of the problems of theory and practice. In the study of the formation and development of civil law regulation of relations in the field of medical services; the normative-legal regulation of relations in the sphere of rendering medical services is analyzed; the concept of medical service as an object of legal relations in the field of medical services is analyzed; the concept and content of the legal status of the subjects of legal relations in the field of medical services are studied; the content of legal relations in the field of medical services is revealed; problematic issues of civil law regulation of relations in the field of medical services are studied.
