    У роботі за допомогою педагогічного експерименту досліджувалась культура педагогічного спілкування як психолого-педагогічна проблема, обґрунтовано практику організації педагогічного спілкування в початковій школі. Перший розділ дослідження присвячено теоретичним засадам педагогічного спілкування. Другий розділ висвітлює психолого-педагогічні чинники організації педагогічного спілкування в початковій школі. У висновках обґрунтовано проблему культури спілкування як багатокомпонентного утворення, досліджено питання умов організації педагогічного спілкування. In the work with the help of pedagogical experiment the culture of pedagogical communication as a psychological and pedagogical problem was investigated, the practice of organization of pedagogical communication in primary school was substantiated. The first section of the study is devoted to the theoretical foundations of pedagogical communication. The second section highlights the psychological and pedagogical factors of the organization of pedagogical communication in primary school. The conclusions substantiate the problem of communication culture as a multicomponent education, the issues of conditions of organization of pedagogical communication are investigated.
