    Останнім часом спостерігається підвищення увагу суспільства на навчання та виховання молодших школярів із затримкою психічного розвитку (ЗПР). Система спеціальної освіти в повній мірі задовольняє рівність прав на освіту тих осіб, можливості яких одержати її обмежені їх фізичними і психічними недоліками, станом здоров’я, конкретними соціальними умовами. The article says that recently there has been an increase in public attention to the education and upbringing of primary school children with mental retardation. The system of special education fully satisfies the equality of rights to education of those persons whose opportunities to receive it are limited by their physical and mental disabilities, health status, specific social conditions.

The qualification work (project) considers the peculiarities of mastering by students with intellectual disabilities the semantic component of the activity by its structural components (result, subject, means of labor, labor actions), basic indicators (completeness, correctness, awareness), levels of formation.
