    Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню міжнародно-правового інституту визнання держав у сучасному міжнародному праві В роботі проаналізовано історію становлення та розвитку держав, як передумови формування міжнародно-правового інституту визнання держав; здійснено ретроспективний історичний аналіз міжнародно-правового інституту визнання держав; визначено поняття, теорії, види та форми міжнародно-правового інститут визнання, охарактеризовано міжнародно-правовий механізм визнання держави та досліджено рівні визнання держав у міжнародних відносинах. Qualification work is devoted to the study of the international legal institute of state recognition in modern international law The history of formation and development of states as preconditions of formation of the international legal institute of recognition of the states is analyzed in the work; a retrospective historical analysis of the international legal institute of state recognition was carried out; the concepts, theories, types and forms of the international legal institute of recognition are defined, the international legal mechanism of recognition of the state is characterized and the levels of recognition of the states in the international relations are investigated.

    ОСОБЛИВОСТІ ПРОЯВІВ АГРЕСИВНОЇ ПОВЕДІНКИ ПІДЛІТКІВ ТА ОСІБ ЮНАЦЬКОГО ВІКУ

    Теоретична частина кваліфікаційної роботи присвячена аналізу теоретико-методологічних засад дослідження проявів агресивної поведінки у підлітковому та юнацькому віці. У практичній частині викладені результати психологічного аналізу проявів агресивної поведінки підлітків та юнаків. Емпірично досліджено особливості функціювання психоемоційного стану (агресивність, тривожність, фрустрація, ригідність) та міру схильності до неадекватної поведінки підлітків та юнаків. Розбіжності у прояві агресивності у підлітковому та юнацькому віці перевірялися на рівень значущості за допомогою φ – критерія Фішера та t-критерія Ст’юдента. The theoretical part of the qualification work is devoted to the analysis of theoretical and methodological principles of the research of manifestations of aggressive behavior in adolescence and adults.The practical part presents the results of psychological analysis of the manifestations of aggressive behavior of adolescents and young people. The peculiarities of the functioning of the psycho-emotional state (aggression, anxiety, frustration, rigidity) and the degree of tendency to inappropriate behavior of adolescents and young people have been empirically studied. Differences in aggression in adolescence and adolescence were tested for significance using the φ-Fisher’s test and the Student's t-test.
