    В статті розглядаються проблеми змісту завдань валеологічного виховання, спричинені суспільними потребами та умовами виховання. Констатуючий експеримент дав можливість визначити, що ефективним валеологічне виховання буде при реалізації таких суттєвих завдань як: озброєння здобувачів валеологічними знаннями, формування переконань відносно збереження здоров’я та вироблення вмінь та навичок дотримання здорового способу життя. The article examines the problems of the content of the tasks of valeological education caused by social needs and conditions of education. The ascertaining experiment made it possible to determine that valeological education is effective in the implementation of such essential tasks as: arming students with valeological knowledge, forming beliefs about health preservation and developing skills and abilities to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

    Здійснено аналіз теоретичних аспектів проблеми формування навичок здорового способу життя у школярів під час освітнього процесу в закладах загальної освіти. Досліджено особливості освітнього середовища, як одного із найефективніших факторів формування ціннісного ставлення школярів до збереження та зміцнення здоров’я. Розглянуто особливості вирішення проблеми відповідального ставлення школярів до власного здоров’я. Розроблено навчально-методичне забезпечення, що складає основу процесу формування навичок здорового способу життя у школярів. Здійснено оцінку ефективності підібраних сучасних шляхів профілактики шкідливих звичок у школярів під час освітнього процесу у школі / The article analyzes the theoretical aspects of the problem of forming healthy lifestyle skills in schoolchildren during the educational process in general education institutions. The peculiarities of the educational environment as one of the most effective factors in the formation of schoolchildren’s value attitudes to the attitude to the preservation and promotion of health are investigated. The peculiarities of solving the problem of responsible attitude of schoolchildren to their own health are considered. Educational and methodological support has been developed, which forms the basis of the process of forming healthy lifestyle skills in schoolchildren. The effectiveness of selected modern ways of preventing harmful habits among schoolchildren during the education process at school was evaluated.
