Керівники всіх рівнів повинні вміти розбиратися в основах кадрового менеджменту, уміти професійно оцінювати відносини, що складаються у командах, скеровувати роботу лідера таким чином, щоб це служило інтересам як організації в цілому, так і кожного її члена.
