    Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена аналізу конкурентної політики у сфері господарювання, а також виявленню проблемних питань з врахуванням зарубіжного досвіду, який сприяв окресленню перспектив розвитку конкурентного законодавства України в сучасних умовах економічної глобалізації. В ході роботи було розглянуто теоретико-правові засади державної політики як невід’ємної складової у сфері захисту економічної конкуренції; надано правову характеристику окремим видам прояву антиконкурентної політики; висвітлено шляхи подолання антиконкурентних узгоджених дій та перспективи розвитку конкурентного законодавства України на основі зарубіжного досвіду. The qualifying work is devoted to analysis of competition policy in the field of management, as well as the identification of problematic issues taking into account foreign experience, which helped to outline the prospects for the development of competition law in Ukraine in the current context of economic globalization. In the course of work was considered theoretical and legal principles of public policy as an integral part in the field of protection of economic competition; provided the legal characteristic of separate kinds of display of anticompetitive policy is given; highlighted ways to overcome anticompetitive concerted actions and prospects for the development of competition law in Ukraine on the basis of foreign experience.
