    Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 57 сторінках, вона складається зі вступу, трьох розділів, висновків, списку використаних джерел (37 позицій). Об'єктом розгляду є культурно-дозвіллєва діяльність. Предмет роботи - організація дозвілля підлітків в сучасних закладах культури. Мета роботи - вивчення організації дозвілля підлітків в сучасних закладах культури. У першому розділі розглянуто теоретико-методологічне поняття дозвілля та дозвіллєвої діяльності. В другому розділи було проаналізовано організацію культурно-дозвіллєвої діяльності у підлітковому віці. В третьому розділі визначено принципи покращення організації дозвіллєвої діяльності дітей в закладах культури. За результатами роботи зроблено висновки, що саме в закладах культури молодь розвиває той творчий потенціал, який згодом допомагає у виборі майбутньої професії. Qualification work is set out on 57 pages, it consists of an introduction, three sections, conclusions, a list of sources used (37 positions). The object of consideration is cultural and leisure activities. The subject of work - the organization of leisure of teenagers in modern cultural institutions. The purpose of the work is to study the organization of adolescents' leisure in modern cultural institutions. The first section considers the theoretical and methodological concept of leisure and leisure activities. The second section analyzes the organization of cultural and leisure activities in adolescence. The third section identifies the principles of improving the organization of children's leisure activities in cultural institutions. According to the results of the work, it is concluded that it is in cultural institutions that young people develop the creative potential, which later helps in choosing a future profession.
