    РЕГІОНАЛЬНІ ФАКТОРИ ПРИРОДОКОРИСТУВАННЯ ТА РАЦІОНАЛЬНЕ ВИКОРИСТАННЯ ВОДНИХ РЕСУРСІВ В БАСЕЙНІ Р. ПІВДЕННИЙ БУГ

    На сьогодні існує ряд проблем природокористування в басейні як Південного Бугу, так і інших річок України ‒ перш за все це нераціональне та екологічно-небезпечне водовикористання і забруднення води, порушення екологічної інфраструктури водокористування. Ці проблеми нерозривно пов’язані з проблемами погіршенням якості навколишнього середовища внаслідок індустріалізації та урбанізації, виснажування традиційних легкодоступних джерел сировини і енергетичних ресурсів. Швидке зростання незворотного водокористування в басейні Південного Бугу призвело до змін гідрологічних характристик і перерозподілу стоку в середині року, а також до зменшення кількості видів та обсягів біоресурсів в басейні р. Південний Буг. Проведення різних робіт в акваторії Бузького лиману призвело до зміни характеру динамічного процесу формування русла, днища, долини, пойми, терас, хімічного і біологічного стоку. Все це зумовлює необхідність впровадження широкомасштабних екологічних та економічних заходів щодо раціонального використання вод р. Південний Буг. Today there are a number of problems of nature use in the basin of the Southern Bug and other rivers of Ukraine - first of all it is irrational and ecologically dangerous water use and water pollution, violation of ecological infrastructure of water use. These problems are inextricably linked to the problems of environmental degradation due to industrialization and urbanization, depletion of traditional easily accessible sources of raw materials and energy resources. The rapid growth of irreversible water use in the Southern Bug basin has led to changes in hydrological characteristics and redistribution of runoff in the middle of the year, as well as to a decrease in the number of species and bioresources in the Southern Bug river basin. Carrying out various works in the waters of the Bug estuary has led to a change in the nature of the dynamic process of formation of the channel, bottom, valley, floodplain, terraces, chemical and biological runoff. All this necessitates the introduction of large-scale environmental and economic measures for the rational use of the waters of the Southern Bug.
