    ОРГАНІЗАЦІЙНО-ЕКОНОМІЧНІ ЗАСАДИ ВІДНОВЛЕННЯ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ ГОТЕЛЬНО-РЕСТОРАННОГО ГОСПОДАРСТВА ХЕРСОНСЬКОЇ ОБЛАСТІ В ПІСЛЯВОЄННИЙ ПЕРІОД

    У роботі досліджено організаційно-економічні засади відновлення підприємств готельно-ресторанного господарства Херсонської області в післявоєнний період. Розглянуто наслідки воєнних дій для функціонування підприємств галузі, основні проблеми їх діяльності та виклики, пов’язані з відновленням матеріально-технічної бази, кадрового потенціалу та ринкових позицій. Проаналізовано сучасний стан готельно-ресторанного господарства регіону та визначено ключові чинники, що впливають на ефективність процесів відбудови. Особливу увагу приділено організаційним та економічним механізмам відновлення підприємств, зокрема залученню інвестицій, використанню програм державної та міжнародної підтримки, впровадженню інноваційних управлінських рішень і сучасних бізнес-моделей. Обґрунтовано необхідність комплексного підходу до відновлення галузі, спрямованого на підвищення конкурентоспроможності підприємств, розвиток туристичної інфраструктури та забезпечення сталого соціально-економічного розвитку Херсонської області. The paper examines the organizational and economic foundations for the recovery of hotel and restaurant enterprises in the Kherson region during the post-war period. The consequences of military actions on the functioning of hospitality enterprises, the main operational challenges, and the issues related to restoring material resources, human capital, and market positions are analyzed. The current state of the hotel and restaurant sector in the region is assessed, and the key factors influencing the effectiveness of recovery processes are identified. Special attention is paid to organizational and economic recovery mechanisms, including investment attraction, the use of state and international support programs, the implementation of innovative management solutions, and modern business models. The study substantiates the need for a comprehensive approach to sector recovery aimed at enhancing enterprise competitiveness, developing tourism infrastructure, and ensuring the sustainable socio-economic development of the Kherson region.
