    Виявлений зв’язок між показниками якісних, кількісних змін клітин лейкоцитарного ряду та тяжкістю течії хвороби Covid-19. Досліджено кореляцію показників С-реактивного бідка, Д-дімера та показників загального аналізу крові. Досліджено зв’язок між цитокіновим штормом та морфологічними змінами лейкоцитів. The relationship between indicators of qualitative and quantitative changes in leukocyte cells and the severity of the course of the Covid-19 disease was revealed. The correlation of indicators of C-rb, D-Dimera and indicators of a complete blood count. The relationship between cytokine storm and morphological changes of leukocytes was studied.

    У статті було висвітлено актуальність загального аналізу крові з точки зору чутливості та специфічності у діагностиці коронавірусної хвороби та її перебігу. Дослідивши дані про гематологічні зміни, а саме варіацію кількості клітин крові та якісні зміни білої крові їхнє клінічне значення у пацієнтів з коронавірусною інфекцією були виявлені прогностичні маркери, які можуть бути корисними у розробці ефективних діагностичних критеріїв і зрештою забезпечити швидке лікування. The article highlighted the relevance of the general blood test from the point of view of sensitivity and specificity in the diagnosis of the coronavirus disease and its course. By studying the data on hematological changes, namely the variation in the number of blood cells and qualitative changes in white blood and their clinical significance in patients with coronavirus infection, prognostic markers were identified that can be useful in the development of effective diagnostic criteria and ultimately provide rapid treatment.
