    Сучасні характеристики сфери виробництва молока, переробки та реалізації виготовленої продукції, є серйозними системними проблемами. Падіння виробництва молока,зниження кількості сировини у господарствах, низька розвиненість інфраструктури,нестабільний експорт-все це вимагає впровадження світового досвіду щодо розвитку молокопереробної галузі. Modern characteristics of the sphere of milk production, processing and sale of manufactured products are serious systemic problems. Falling milk production, declining raw materials in farms, low infrastructure, unstable exports, all this requires the introduction of world experience in the development of the dairy industry.
