    ПОДОЛАННЯ СТРЕСУ ДІТЕЙ ЗАСОБАМИ ІГРОВОЇ ТЕРАПІЇ

    У роботі розглянуто результати емпіричного дослідження ефективності ігрової терапії у подоланні дитячих стресових станів. Охарактеризовано діагностичний інструментарій та представлено корекційну програму, що включає пісочну терапію, арт-терапевтичні техніки, казкотерапію, драматизацію та рухливі ігри. Наведено результати повторної діагностики, які підтвердили зниження рівня тривожності та розвиток адаптивних копінг-стратегій. The study examines the results of an empirical study of the effectiveness of play therapy in overcoming children’s stress conditions. The diagnostic tools and correctional program including sand play, art therapy techniques, fairy tale therapy, dramatization, and active games are described. The results of re-diagnostics confirmed the decrease in anxiety and the development of adaptive coping strategies.
