    Робота «Краудсорсингова платформа як технологія сучасної соціальної допомоги» має за мету розкрити актуальність крауд-технологій в сучасній соціальній сфері. Дослідження спеціальної наукової літератури дає нам можливість стверджувати, що краудсорсинг ще не став повномірним предметом досліджень у вітчизняній науці і має практичний розгляд лише у поглиблено спрямованих друкованих та електронних виданнях. Водночас, у світовій практиці науковою спільнотою вже зроблені окремі висвітлення щодо сутності краудсорсингу, його видів, особливостей організації й практичного обґрунтування ефективності застосування різних форм соціальної допомоги різного типу. Краудсорсингові проєкти зазвичай суспільно актуальні та корисні проєкти абсолютно різного направлення, які виокремлюються за з місцем, географією впровадження, кількістю учасників, які залучають велику кількість активних однодумців, виключно, на добровільній основі. The work "Crowdsourcing platform as a technology of modern social assistance" aims to reveal the relevance of crowd technologies in the modern social sphere. The study of special scientific literature gives us the opportunity to say that crowdsourcing has not yet become a full-fledged subject of research in domestic science and has practical consideration only in in-depth print and electronic publications. At the same time, in the world practice, the scientific community has already made some coverage of the essence of crowdsourcing, its types, features of the organization and practical justification of the effectiveness of various forms of social assistance of various types. Crowdsourcing projects are usually socially relevant and useful projects of completely different directions, which are distinguished by content, geography of implementation, number of participants, which attract a large number of active like-minded people, exclusively on a voluntary basis.
