The restaurant business today occupies one of the leading places in the service sector and is not only one of the most profitable types of economic activity, but also one of the most risky. In the struggle for the viability of the restaurant business, restaurateurs have to solve a number of problems. One of the most urgent is the problem of restaurant staff management, since the availability of qualified and well-trained staff is one of the most important components of the success of the restaurant business. This determines the relevance of the subject of the final qualification work.
