    Кваліфікаційна робота полягає у вивчені психологічних детермінантів оптимізації когнітивної сфери, яка включає пізнавальні процеси, такі як мислення, пам'ять, уява і сприйняття. Всі ці психічні процеси разом сприяють ефективній обробці, трансформації та збереженню інформації – як сенсорної, отриманої із зовнішнього світу, так і результатів творчого переосмислення досвіду, накопиченого в процесі індивідуального розвитку / The qualification work consists in studying the psychological determinants of optimization of the cognitive sphere, which includes cognitive processes such as thinking, memory, imagination and perception. All these mental processes together contribute to the effective processing, transformation and preservation of information - both sensory, received from the outside world, and the results of creative rethinking of experience accumulated in the process of individual development.
